Terms & Conditions

The Client shall be required to Sign the Client  Agreement to undertake services with Life's Magical Moments Photography.  This is an electronic process sent to the Client on booking.  Dates are open to the public for booking until secured by the Client with payment of the deposit fee and a signed Client Agreement has been submitted by the Client.  The Photographer shall not undertake any pre-services or photographic work without payment of a deposit fee and a signed Client Agreement.

The Client will pay the Photographer the non-refundable deposit fee on booking ( $200 for Newborn Sessions, $100 for Maternity, Children, Family and Boudoir Sessions. Mini sessions are as advertised ) The deposit comes off your collection total. 

Balance due on Bank transfer- the business day before your session. Cash - is due before or on the  day of session date.

 

An administration fee of $50 applies to re-upload online galleries after the expiry date has passed.  Payment in full is required prior to the session date. ( unless on a payment plan then you are required to make weekly/fortnightly payments and to sign the client payment plan agreement. ) The Photographer shall not commence post-processing gallery images without payment in full.

 

Payment types:  Life's Magical Moments Photography accepts payment by bank transfer,  credit card/debit card eft in studio or in cash.

 

Cancellation Fee: The Client shall forfeit the deposit fee  if the Client cancels the Services. The Client shall be eligible to transfer the session fee to an alternative date if the Client contacts Life's Magical Moments Photography before the session with a minimum of 48 hrs notice. 

LOCATION SESSIONS: Life's Magical Moments Photography is not responsible for the weather, or it's conditions, the sunlight can not be controlled, nor can it be controlled if the sunlight falls in the wrong spot and gives a reflection on water or fixtures at the location. Life's Magical Moments Photography does location sessions about an hour before the sunsets as this is the best time for outdoor sessions.

 

 

REFUNDS: There is no refunds if client changes their mind or someone wears the wrong choice of clothing or footwear. Due to the custom nature of photography, strictly no refunds on either your session deposit, or your order total will be issued. This includes any prepayment of any funds that occur before the booked session itself. If you need to reschedule for reasons of sickness, the price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured for 6 months only. After this time any pricing increase will be applicable. If you need to cancel your session and do not book in a future date, you will have a credit for funds paid, however any price changes will apply immediately. 

All portraits, canvases, frames, etc. are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products. Orders are made to the Client’s personal specification, (i.e. image number, print size, frame style, etc.), the Client does not have the right to a cooling off period. By placing an order with Life's Magical Moments Photography you are committing to buy the ordered products.

Complimentary Sessions must be booked at your newborn session, and a $50 deposit is due within 48 hours to hold your session date. If you need to move that date please contact Life's Magical Moments Photography as soon as possible, as we only take on 2-3 sessions per week. 

Life's Magical Moments Photography reserves the right to use any image can be but not limited to advertising and in studio in prints and digitals. Life's Magical Moments Photography owns the copyright to all images. Cropping and editing is strictly prohibited. Prices are subject to change at anytime. No refunds will be issued. 

 

NO IMAGES OR PRINT PRODUCTS WILL BE RELEASED UNTILL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
